Massage

Massage is one of the oldest fields of medical knowledge. It originated in India and China, where it was part of a religious ritual. As early as 3,000 BC, a reference to treatment through massage was recorded in the Chinese work Kung-Fu.
Massage has an analgesic effect, improves tissue nutrition, regenerates muscles, regulates muscle tension, increases muscle elasticity and flexibility, reduces fat tissue, speeds up metabolism, activates blood and lymph flow.

Massage relaxes and relaxes. Regular use of massage improves well-being, corrects existing skeletal changes. After a massage we feel less tension in the spine, back and neck. Classical massage improves the appearance of the skin and makes it better oxygenated and circulated.

Classical massage

The most common form of massage is classical massage. It is both a method of physical treatment and an integral part of biological regeneration. It has an analgesic effect, prevents overloading of the musculoskeletal system, regenerates muscles and increases their flexibility and elasticity, speeds up metabolism, has a beneficial effect on skin nutrition (improves blood and lymph flow) and improves mood.

Relaxation massage

For those suffering from ailments caused by prolonged physical or mental exertion and subjected to daily stress, we recommend a relaxation massage. Properly performed relaxation massage stimulates the skin and muscles by reducing their tension, restores normal heart rhythm, as well as improves blood circulation. Isometric massage

This massage is usually strong and vigorous using mainly kneading, rubbing and squeezing techniques.

Deep tissue massage

Deep tissue massage, also known as deep connective tissue massage or deep massage, is a type of soft tissue therapy that aims to restore balance to the deeper layers of connective tissue and muscle by relieving tension and restrictions in the musculoskeletal system.

This form of therapy has several health benefits, including:

  • Increase tissue elasticity
  • Elimination of musculo-fascial trigger points
  • Regulation of muscle and fascia tension
  • Restoring correct posture
  • Improving joint mobility
  • Improving blood circulation in the tissues

It should complement or form the basis of treatment for any musculoskeletal condition accompanied by musculo-fascial restrictions. For example, tissue adhesions in the lumbar spine can occur in people with sedentary lifestyles or those with lumbar hyperlordosis.
