I am Joanna Strzelecka: a graduate of the Józef Piłsudski Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw and your specialist in physiotherapy. Most often I work with orthopedic patients. In addition to helping you combat knee, shoulder, back or hip pain ... in addition, I also perform urogynecological therapy, where I offer holistic and effective support for women of all ages, especially during pregnancy and the perinatal period. In turn, I transform the theoretical and practical knowledge I have gained from my studies, as well as specialized courses and trainings, into effective help for my patients.
In my physiotherapy practice I combine knowledge, experience and A deep understanding of the body's needs. I focus on a holistic approach to each patient, analyzing not only the symptoms of pain, but also looking for the root causes of ailments and examining daily movement patterns. This is because my goal is not only to treat, but also to prevention and patient education. In this way, you can better understand and take care of your body, which will protect you from chronic dysfunctions and pains. I myself regularly participate in sports (including obstacle running and aerial hoop), so I realize the importance of professional physiotherapy care.
I have 5 years of experience working with orthopedic patients. To date, I have completed many specialized courses in manual therapy and urogynecological therapy. However, I do not stop developing and acquiring medical knowledge based on the latest research to effectively and permanently treat your ailments, get rid of pain and improve your quality of life. Every patient and patient is treated by me with the utmost care and attention. I fully understand the importance of Physical and psychological support in the treatment process, which is why I always create a safe and comfortable environment for patients in my physiotherapy office in Wroclaw.
