Choosing between a physiotherapist and an orthopedist can be a crucial to your health and well-being. Both professions focus on the musculoskeletal system, but their approaches to treatment and diagnosis differ. In this post we present, When to go to a physiotherapist and when to go to an orthopedist, and why cooperation of these two specialists can bring the best results.

Physiotherapist: Movement and rehabilitation specialist

A physiotherapist is a specialist who deals with restoring and improving the body's motor functions. He focuses on rehabilitation and manual therapy, helping patients return to full function after injury or surgery.

When is it a good idea to go to a physiotherapist?

Muscle and joint pains: A physiotherapist can help relieve pain caused by a strain or injury through manual therapy and exercise.

Limited joint mobility: Regular physiotherapy can improve joint flexibility and mobility.

Back pain: Special techniques and exercises can reduce spinal pain, especially in cases of discopathy or degeneration.

Prevention and correction of postural defects: Physiotherapists help correct postural defects, which is especially important in children and adolescents.

Post-operative rehabilitation: Physiotherapy plays a key role in restoring muscle and joint function after orthopedic surgery. It speeds up the return to daily activities, reduces the risk of complications such as adhesions or contractures, and aids the tissue healing process.

Tension pains and migraines: Relaxation techniques and manual therapy can reduce muscle tension, which is often the cause of headaches.

Dysfunctions of the organs of the pelvis minor: Specialized therapy helps with pain and dysfunction of the pelvic organs, including problems such as incontinence.

Numbness and tingling in the extremities: Muscle tensions and other musculoskeletal dysfunctions can lead to pressure on nerves, which a physiotherapist reduces through special manual therapy techniques.

Neurological diseases: Physiotherapists work with patients suffering from neurological diseases to help them maintain or improve motor function, proprioception and coordination.

Suspected deficits in an infant- Quantitative (developmental and sensory delays) and qualitative (asymmetry, muscle tone abnormalities, abnormal head shape)

Even in the absence of developmental abnormalities, the physiotherapist provides instruction in proper infant care, which is crucial for their proper development.

Physiotherapists use a variety of techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, laser therapy, and kinesiotaping. Their goal is to Improving patients' quality of life by increasing their physical fitness and reducing pain. Learn more about physiotherapy at Profizjoclinic.

Orthopaedist- specialist in diseases and injuries of the osteoarticular system

An orthopedist is a doctor who specializes in diagnosing and treating conditions of the skeletal system, joints and muscles. He is often the first specialist we go to after injuries.

When is it a good idea to go to an orthopedist?

Fractures and accidents: After any bone or joint injury, it is necessary to consult an orthopedist to assess the damage and implement treatment.

Infections in the joints and bones: An orthopedist diagnoses and treats infections that can lead to serious complications.

Metabolic diseases: Conditions such as gout affect the musculoskeletal system and require orthopedic intervention.

Chronic joint disorders: For arthritis and other chronic diseases, an orthopedist may prescribe appropriate drug or surgical treatment.

Selection of medical devices: An orthopedist selects appropriate orthoses, corsets and other supportive devices.

Sudden, strong Pain without a traumatic cause: Severe pain requiring immediate diagnosis and treatment.

Imaging diagnostics: An orthopedist orders and performs tests, such as ultrasound, to accurately assess a patient's condition.

The key to effective treatment: Cooperation between specialists

In many cases, the best results can be achieved with cooperation between physiotherapist and orthopedist. An orthopedist can diagnose the problem and plan treatment, while a physiotherapist supports the rehabilitation process, returning the patient to full function. That's why it's important to have people from both fields on the treatment team. Learn more about orthopedics at Profizjoclinic.

A physiotherapist and an orthopedist, working together, can manage the treatment process more effectively, leading to faster and more effective rehabilitation. When choosing the right specialist, it is worth keeping in mind their mutual role and the benefits of their cooperation.

Physiotherapy is an extremely important part of rehabilitation and recovery from injury, surgery or chronic conditions. However, many patients question whether it is normal to feel pain after a physiotherapy session. In this article, we will try to dispel doubts and explain why discomfort may occur and how to deal with it.

Why might pain occur?

Adaptation of the body

During physiotherapy, we often work to restore normal function to muscles, joints and tissues. During these treatments, our bodies may experience short-term pain or discomfort, which is a natural result of the body adapting to new conditions. This process is similar to the adaptation of muscles when starting a new exercise program - the initial pain is often a sign that the body is adapting to new challenges.

Increased activity

The introduction of new exercises or techniques can lead to overloading of muscles that were not actively used before. Such pain is called Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS) and is normal after intense exercise. DOMS is often felt 24 to 72 hours after exercise and is the body's natural response to increased physical activity.

Work on problem areas

Physiotherapists often use manual techniques that are focused on problem areas. This may cause temporary discomfort, but this should subside within a few days. Working on stiff or painful muscles and joints may temporarily increase the pain experienced, but this is part of the process of healing and improving the function of these areas.

What to do when you experience pain?

Rest and recuperation

After an intensive physiotherapy session, it is important to give your body time to recover. Avoid intense exercise immediately after the session so that your muscles and tissues can recover.

Hydration

Drink plenty of water to promote tissue recovery. Hydration is crucial to the overall health of your body and can help reduce the discomfort you feel after exercise.

Communication with the physiotherapist

If the pain is intense, does not diminish over time, or persists for more than 2-3 days, be sure to contact your physical therapist. This may be a signal that your therapy plan should be adjusted. Physiotherapist can also recommend additional pain relief techniques or modify exercises to better suit your needs.

Use of cooling or heat

Depending on the type of pain, using ice or warm compresses can provide relief. Cold compresses are typically used to reduce inflammation and swelling, while heat can help relax muscles and increase blood circulation.

Summary

Physiotherapy is a process that takes time and patience. Feeling pain after a session can be a normal part of the body's adaptation to new challenges and the intensity of work on problem areas. Proper pain management through rest, hydration and communication with your physiotherapist is key. Remember that your comfort and safety are paramount, so it is always a good idea to consult with a professional who can help you through the rehabilitation process safely and effectively. Get to know our qualified team better.

Surgery is often an unavoidable step in the treatment of many conditions and injuries. However, in order to make this process as effective as possible, proper physiotherapy both before and after surgery is extremely important. Studies show that properly administered preoperative and postoperative physiotherapy can significantly speed up the return to full function, while reducing the risk of complications.

Preoperative physiotherapy: preparing the body for surgery.

Preoperative physiotherapy aims to prepare the patient for the upcoming surgical procedure. Regular physiotherapy sessions before surgery can bring many benefits:

Preparing muscles and joints: Strengthening and stretching exercises help increase the strength and flexibility of muscles and joints, which is crucial for later rehabilitation.

Improving range of motion: Working on mobility before surgery can significantly reduce the risk of complications and facilitate the rehabilitation process.

Better physical condition: Increasing the patient's overall physical fitness positively influences the course of surgery and speeds up recovery.

Postoperative physiotherapy: faster recovery.

After surgery, physiotherapy is an indispensable part of the recovery process. It deals with both the reduction of pain and the improvement of the patient's motor functions.

Reduction of pain and swelling: The use of appropriate therapeutic techniques helps reduce pain and swelling, which significantly improves patient comfort.

Accelerate wound healing: Physiotherapy stimulates the body's regenerative processes, which speeds up the healing of surgical wounds.

Improving mobility and strength: Exercises and therapeutic techniques help restore muscle strength and improve range of motion in the operated areas.

Abdominal pain is one of the common experiences, which people face regardless of age or gender. As a result, many people are wondering what methods can effectively alleviate this type of ailment. In the social consciousness, a common pattern of behavior has taken root: „if something hurts, just take a pill”. Nevertheless, this approach often does not eliminate the cause of pain neither does not get to the root of the problem.

What if we said that there is a effective and sustainable pain management abdomen, which does not require the use of any drugs?

Naturally, the results of such treatment depend on the specific case, but it often happens that the results of tests ordered by the doctor, such as blood count, ultrasound or gastroscopy, do not show any pathology or structural disease. In such a situation A physiotherapist and the therapy he or she uses can be of help visceral.

The causes of abdominal pain can be varied. This prompts many people to ask themselves questions like „What is on the left side of the abdomen down there?” or „What is on the right side of the abdomen?”. While such knowledge of the body's anatomy is valuable, diagnosing the sources of abdominal pain should be carried out by a specialist.

Abdominal pain may be underlying Gastrointestinal, neurological, cardiac, gynecological (in women) or psychogenic. It is worth noting that the location, intensity and nature of the complaints are of great importance in the diagnosis process.

In the treatment of abdominal pain, it may be necessary to use the following different methods, such as pharmacotherapy (e.g., painkillers, anti-inflammatory or diastolic drugs), change in eating habits, use of herbal infusions (e.g., from chamomile), undergoing surgery (e.g., in cases of appendicitis) or use of psychological assistance (Especially if the abdominal pain is related to the patient's psyche).

The doctor's role is to put proper diagnosis. If the history and examinations performed by the doctor (such as blood and urine analysis, abdominal ultrasound, gastroscopy, colonoscopy) do not show any problems or structural changes, then visit to a physiotherapist and undertaking visceral therapy may be the best answer.

Visceral therapy in a physiotherapy office

Visceral therapy, performed in a physiotherapist's office, is sometimes referred to as „abdominal massage,” but such a classification is too superficial and does not reflect the true essence of this form of therapy, which in many cases effectively and permanently eliminates abdominal pain. To more fully understand its mechanism of action, it is worth taking a closer look at visceral structures in the human body.

The abdominal cavity contains a number of structures that surround the internal organs. One of these structures is hepatoduodenal ligament, through which various elements pass, such as the common bile duct, portal vein, hepatic artery proper, numerous lymphatic vessels and the sympathetic plexus, the nerve plexus innervating most of the human body. In patients complaining of abdominal pain, tension is often seen in this very hepato-duodenal ligament. This is just an example of one structure that can affect pain complaints.

In therapy, it is always important to treat the internal organs and the fascia surrounding them as one.

An interesting aspect is that complaints resulting from a strained structure can also occur after consuming fatty foods. The compression of the hepatoduodenal ligament results in the closure of the bile duct, which connects the gallbladder to the duodenum, responsible for digesting fats. Therefore, abdominal pain after eating fatty food is not always the result of indigestion, but may be the result of strained internal structures of the body.

During visceral therapy, the physical therapist, by relaxing the hepatoduodenal ligament, not only frees the bile duct and improves the digestive process, but also unblocks the diaphragm, improves chest movement, and even increases the inspiratory capacity of the lungs. Thus, the relaxation of one structure brings global therapeutic effect, involving not only the digestive system, but also the respiratory system.

Visceral therapy has applications in relaxing tense internal structures of the abdominal cavity. Its scope is wide, helping to treat abdominal pain, Menstruation-related complaints and gallbladder problems. In addition, it supports liver function, regulates metabolism, intestinal peristalsis, and supports the proper functioning of the digestive system and internal organs.

Importantly, the global impact of visceral therapy also manifests itself in dealing with lymphatic stasis and improving venous blood outflow, which translates into beneficial effects on the health of the entire body.

How does a physiotherapist treat abdominal pain?

Some patients who come to our office on the recommendation of other specialists are amazed fact Physiotherapist can help relieve abdominal pain. However, it is worthwhile to understand precisely the scope of our activities: we do not interfere with internal organs, or rather focus on the structures surrounding them. Therefore, if we can help improve the mobility of the ligaments in the knee, why wouldn't we be just as effective in loosening the hepato-duodenal ligament or other visceral structures?

W Profizjoclinic we always carry out comprehensive diagnostics, using any available imaging studies provided by the patient. During the first visit, we conduct thorough interview and analyze the results of the study. A detailed examination and identification of the complaint are key to precisely localizing the source of abdominal pain. To this end, we use palpation, a diagnostic technique that involves touching and tapping specific internal structures.
Through palpation, we can locate the patient's stomach and its pyloric region, and then move toward the duodenum and liver to look for a strained structure, such as the hepatoduodenal ligament. If the patient feels discomfort when the fingers are pressed, the physiotherapist proceeds to visceral therapy, in order to relax the tense structure. If there is no abdominal discomfort, the physiotherapist continues the examination, looking for the source of the pain, such as in the tight spinal muscles in the area innervating the viscera.

Why does a physiotherapist perform abdominal palpation?

Each of our organs is adjacent to many structures. An example is the hepatoduodenal ligament. This is one of many ligaments in the abdominal cavity, where the human viscera are suspended from various ligaments, but the source of pain may be in another area as well. The task of the physiotherapist is precisely locate and diagnose problem, followed by selection and adjustment appropriate manual techniques. There are many different techniques, but solving a problem always requires global and comprehensive An approach that includes a variety of methods. The final decision always depends on the physiotherapist after diagnosis.

Patient should not self-diagnose based on information found on the Internet, but take the help of experienced professionals.

As a result, if the physiotherapist identifies the source of the pain and loosens the strained ligament, the therapeutic effect should be permanent, and the internal structure should not tighten again, which will bring relief to the patient.

It is worth noting that in each patient the internal organs are slightly differently arranged. In addition, they undergo constant and subtle movements known as motility. For example, everyone's stomach gently rotates to the right and returns to its place, and the kidneys move up and down. Visceral structures are therefore on the move, which makes visceral therapy should be preceded by a palpation examination, to accurately and correctly locate strained structures and restore physiological tension if dysfunction is detected.

At Profizjoclinic, each palpation examination begins with a pulse measurement at the radial artery and iliac fossa. This is referred to as safety test, which is crucial: if the heart rate is regular, the work of the physiotherapist is safe. On the other hand, an irregular pulse or pulsation may indicate an arterial disorder, which may indicate an aneurysm. In the case of abdominal aortic aneurysm, visceral therapy is a an absolute contraindication, and it is necessary to immediately remove it surgically to protect health and life.

Discomfort in the spine represents a common affliction, however, often ignored, which may result in severe consequences. Despite the diverse sources of back pain, its effects often manifest themselves in similar problems, such as impaired daily functioning, limited dexterity and difficulty in performing a variety of activities. In our Profizjoclinic office In Wroclaw, we help patients struggling with various ailments, and problems located in the back area are among the most common. We invite you to take advantage of our knowledge and experience. As you continue reading, you will learn why you are experiencing back pain and what steps can be taken to counteract it.

Understand your spine!

Few people realize that spinal problems can manifest as pain in the knees, legs, hips, feet or hands. Each moving segment of the spine is innervated, which can result in pains that spread to other areas of the body.

Therefore, it is enough to understand where the sciatic nerve runs to explain why the onset of sciatica causes pain in the thigh, calf or foot.

It goes without saying that the spine is one of the key structures In the human body. Among other things, it is responsible for supporting the weight of the entire body, absorbing shock, protecting the spinal cord and spinal nerves, and maintaining body balance. As a result, all injuries, illnesses, deformities and pains are serious health risks and daily functioning. Although the human spine is able to withstand huge loads (as confirmed by athletes, for example), then long-term neglect of its condition can result in serious and permanent problems.

Cross or back pain?

It is interesting to note that the term „sacroiliac pain” is often used in physiotherapy practice. However, it is worth noting that it is common name, since the sacrum is located below the lumbar region of the spine. Thus, the commonly used „sacral pain” is in fact back pain. The term „disc prolapse” is also encountered in everyday language. Nevertheless, there is indeed a displacement of the disk, but if the disk actually „fell out” (which is impossible), it would end in immediate paralysis or even loss of life.

Why does your back hurt?

Certain back problems have their features, which are specific to a particular social group (for example, the elderly may experience degenerative diseases, while barbell players may deal with herniated discs).

Nevertheless, the first signal any problems is usually pain. It is a kind of message from the body, which informs us that something disturbing is happening in the body.

In our physiotherapy clinic Profizjoclinic We often provide assistance to patients who struggle with back pain, resulting from, among other things:

- postural defects,

- curvatures,

- degenerative diseases,

- discopathy,

- overloads,

- Intervertebral disc herniations,

- acute conditions.

In an era of increasing popularity of remote work, many people spend most of their day in front of a computer or laptop screen. As a result, many of our patients are office workers, where unfortunately not all workstations are ergonomic. This leads to the development of Tensions that cause pain in the spine In all its sections: cervical, thoracic, lumbar and sacral. We also often provide assistance to athletes who are experiencing Back pain related to the specifics of the physical activity performed, such as lifting weights or playing rugby. Also read about lumbar spine pain.

Importantly, back pain is a common ailment that can affect anyone, regardless of age, lifestyle or occupation. Therefore, taking care of the health of the spine should be a priority for each of us!

How do we effectively treat back pain at Profizjoclinic?

Effective get rid of back pain cannot be clearly defined, as treatment methods must be precisely tailored to the specific patient and its specific ailments. That's why at Profizjoclinic, during the first visit, we conduct a in-depth interview, during which we explore the patient's history, activities, work, lifestyle and type of pain complaint. In order to understand the situation more thoroughly, we ask additional questions, which may relate to possible pain radiating to the knees or feet. After an interview, using physiotherapy techniques, we assess the following mobility of spinal segments patient, we identify areas of greatest tension, and check for any changes in the skin that may indicate specific health problems.

In the treatment process we use fascial techniques, proven methods manual therapy, relaxation techniques and other appropriate methods, individually tailored to the patient.

Since the same techniques cannot be applied to both an athlete who experienced back pain during training and a 75-year-old man who has been struggling with back pain for 10 years, each case is treated individually and requires unique therapeutic approach.

We point out that consultation with specialists is key, rather than relying on self-research on the Internet for treatment. While anatomical knowledge is always valuable, the visit to a physiotherapist allows to accurately identify the source of the ailment, make a diagnosis and apply appropriate therapies, which contributes to improved fitness, health and a pain-free life.

Prevention of back pain under the guidance of a specialist

In our experience, many people downplays back pains, convincing themselves that they will „pass on their own.” Sometimes, in fact, the discomfort goes away, but this does not mean that the source of pain has been successfully identified and treated. In such cases, back pain often recurs, becoming more bothersome and posing a threat to health. Unfortunately, most people only react when they are no longer able to function normally on a daily basis, such as working or playing with their children. In such situations, we usually have to deal with advanced inflammation, which requires long-term therapy.

Sometimes, as a result of serious neglect of the spine, irreversible changes occur, which cannot be cured, but only mitigate their unpleasant effects.

No one wants to lose body fitness, enjoyment of daily life and overall quality of life. Unfortunately, it is the lack of proper care for the spine and overall body condition that leads to such consequences. This is why it is so important to quickly and effectively identify the first warning signs sent by the body through pain complaints. It is worthwhile to take the help of a specialist, who will accurately diagnose the problem and then take appropriate action to restore full function and eliminate pain. Such intervention can allow you to get rid of problems or significantly alleviate them after just one or two visits to a physiotherapist. It's worth thinking about when back pain arises again, rather than ignoring it again.

Let's take care of our spine every day

Proper prevention is not only a visit to a specialist, but above all daily habits and behaviors. Although physiotherapist constitutes Invaluable support in the treatment of back pain and various ailments, it is the daily choices and activities that have a key impact on the condition of the body. Therefore, it is worth remembering that taking care of a fit, strong and healthy spine includes:

1. Proper body weight. Proper weight contributes to the overall health of the spine.

2. Regular physical activity. Regular exercise strengthens back muscles and keeps the spine in good shape.

3. Avoiding staying in one position for long periods of time. Sitting or standing in one position for too long can strain the spine.

4. A good quality mattress for sleeping. Sleep is important for the health of the spine, so choosing the right mattress is important.

5. Appropriate walking shoes. Wearing footwear that conforms to the shape of the foot promotes proper spinal alignment.

6. Healthy diet. Adequate nutrition provides the body with essential nutrients, supporting its overall health.

7. Hydration of the body. Water is crucial for spinal flexibility and maintaining fluidity in the joints.

8. Avoiding severe and chronic stress. Stress can negatively affect muscle tension, which can contribute to back pain.

In addition, even such seemingly minor activities as getting out of bed properly or proper lifting of heavy objects Are important for the health of the spine. Taking care of these details can bring long-term benefits and prevent serious back problems.

Get rid of back pain with Profizjoclinic!

Motto „Take care of your spine, you won't have another one” may sound like an obvious truth, but it captures the essence of why it's worth taking care of. Serious damage to the spine can lead to irreversible consequences, which will negatively affect your entire life. Therefore, it is not worth the risk, but it is already worth taking proper care of yourself beforehand to avoid serious consequences. Physiotherapy in Profizjoclinic office constitutes one of the options, allowing comprehensive care not only for the spine, but also for other structures of the body located in the back and other parts of the body. The holistic approach and comprehensive treatment offered at Profizjoclinic make it possible to lead a life without pain, enjoying full health and fitness.

The agonizing pain that accompanies menstruation is neither normal nor healthy and you don't have to accept it. Stop believing the myth that , ”this is your beauty". It's not true! Menstruation is a natural process that accompanies most women from around the age of twelve until menopause. Nevertheless, this period does not have to be associated with intense pain and physical discomfort. Do you know how to effectively deal with menstrual pain that impedes daily functioning? Do you realize that physiotherapy can help?

Impact of menstrual pain on women's lives

Menstrual disorders and their causes

In physiotherapy practice, following therapy, we meet with different opinions of women. Some of them are skeptical and say, „I thought it was normal... They told me that after the baby is born it will pass on its own.” If you have encountered such opinions, it is important to know that Severe menstrual pain is not the norm and are usually associated with menstrual cycle disorders.

Unfortunately, not all women are aware of this. There are effective methods that can help alleviate these discomforts.

Menstrual disorders usually manifest themselves through:

1. irregular menstrual cycles, lasting less than 24 days or more than 28 days.

2. very painful periods.

3. heavy or scanty bleeding.

4. Excessively frequent bleeding, including between periods.

Other symptoms include bothersome uterine cramps during menstruation and other discomforts, such as migraine, constipation, diarrhea, abdominal pain, vomiting whether general malaise. It is easy to see that this condition often leads to short-term absence from school or work, affecting the social life of both young girls and adult women [1]. Menstrual disorders are not only a health problem, but they also affect social life!

Causes of menstrual disorders

Menstrual disorders can be divided into two main categories:

1. Primary painful menstruation is associated with pain occurring during the menstrual cycle. These may include postural defects, old injuries Or falls on the buttocks during childhood. Thus, the pain has a physiological basis, resulting from tensions in the body's tissues. It is most common in adolescents and young adults [2].

2. Secondary painful menstruation is associated with menstrual pain resulting from specific diseases (e.g., endometriosis, myomas, adenomyosis, pelvic adhesions, endometrial polyps) [1], [3].

Distinguishing between the two is one of the steps during the physiotherapy consultation, aimed at alleviating the ailment.

How to effectively treat painful menstruation?

Menstruation is a topic that rarely appears in popular science articles. It is still a socially taboo subject, which is little discussed in public, for example, on the Internet. Therefore, few women know how to effectively deal with severe menstrual pain.

Data shows that the problem mainly affects the young population, as the The incidence of painful menstruation is highest in the 16-25 age group.

However, this value is likely underestimated, as many women consider pain a normal part of the menstrual cycle and do not report it, despite experiencing significant discomfort [4], [5]. This underscores the importance of education and awareness On issues related to women's health.

There are many methods pain relief Menstrual. Drug therapy is often used non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (e.g., ibuprofen) and hormonal drugs. However, such therapy can lead to side effects associated with prolonged use of medications. So it's worth realizing that there are other approaches to treatment that not only relieve pain, but eliminate the source of the pain in the first place. One such approach is physiotherapy [6].

Manual therapy and laser therapy for menstrual pain management

A simple pain pill usually does not eliminate the source of the problem. The discomfort recurs every menstrual cycle, and women risk the side effects associated with prolonged use of painkillers. However, there is an alternative: more effective, healthier, safer and with lasting results.

An example of an effective treatment for painful menstruation may be the following our office Profizjoclinic Wrocław.

Specialists begin with a physiotherapy consultation. After a detailed interview with the patient, they decide which form of therapy will be most appropriate.

If secondary painful menstruation is suspected, they recommend consulting a gynecologist to rule out any contraindications to the therapy.

After consultation and ruling out contraindications, they conduct an examination, which includes assessing abdominal tension, muscles and ligaments of the lumbosacral spine, pelvic mobility and its musculoskeletal tensions.

The findings help determine which form of therapy will most effective. For primary painful menstruation, manual therapy [7] can bring long-lasting relief Without side effects. Another effective approach to combat menstrual pain is the following. laser therapy, which helps relax the relevant structures in the body, alleviating pain and discomfort [8], [9].

In order to make the therapy as effective, the first visit before menstruation is recommended, and the second during.

Changes in body tension during the menstrual cycle justify this approach. It is also useful to provide the physiotherapist with previous imaging studies, if performed, as they can provide additional information useful in therapy planning. Learn more about urogynecological physiotherapy at Profizjoclinic!

Physiotherapy as an effective and preventive method
